The first customer service staff didn’t know what they were talking about for their own software which didn’t fill me with hope, then the issue was escalated to a supervisor Huriyah. When she got back in touch she was incredibly rude, technically clueless and dismissive of my issue. Avoid at all costs and use an alternative!
