My number was used even though I have nothing to do with this company.
Issue with voucher I should have received with first direct, chased and chased, then I was told I would receive within 30 days, still months on no voucher. Now taking my complaint to first direct.
“forgot” to send me a voucher for a promotion but wouldn’t honour sending me one after I enquired because enquires had to be received a week after the promotion ended. Makes you wonder how many vouchers they sent out in the first place…. Scammers
