Terrible company. They did not complete any of the promised work and when trying to discuss this, the customer service was abysmal. Would not recommend!
The same experience as most people. Our business was sold a bespoke service. Nothing happened except us spending money with nothing to show. Ive gave one star but only because zero stars wasnt an option.
Good mostly stock whatever needed
Claim our business owes them money after finishing contract. Try to call them no one picks up the phone so cannot speak to anyone to get it resolved. Would avoid in future if this is how they treat there customer of over 10 years who decided to leave.
I enquired about the Aphrodite program that Web Gains do and got in touch with a employee called Sandara. They have done nothing but help me the whole way of setting up my account and i am very happy with the service! Give this lady a bonus!!! Thank you again!
